Before 9 am Next Day and orders over £500: Special Delivery £20.00

Please note that Next Day options are only applied once the item is in stock. If you have any queries about whether your item is in stock, or is the right size, please contact us before you place your order.



International Tracked and Signed Delivery (where available) £12.00

If your item is in stock it will be sent out the next business day. If your item has to be resized or made to order, please expect it to be shipped within one to two weeks of your order date. Please contact us if you have any queries about the item(s) you would like to purchase. You will receive notification of shipment by email.

All items are gift wrapped in Lorna Grace Jewellery branded packaging. If you would like a gift note included, please enter it into your message to the seller at checkout.

If you would like to cancel or change your order, please get in touch within 12 hours of placing your order.



You are entitled to a full refund within 28 days following the date on your receipt for an online purchase.

Within 28 days of the date on your receipt you may exchange an item, or receive a credit note for the full amount of your receipt, minus postage and packaging charges. 

All purchases made on Sale Items are deemed final sale and are non-refundable.

In the unlikely case of damage and breakages, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Lorna Grace Jewellery cannot refund postage and packaging charges, or any tax and duties payable outside of the EU.

Purchases that are exempt from our refund and exchange policies:

  • Commissioned and bespoke items
  • Items that have been customised
  • Earrings, due to hygiene reasons

When returning an item you must contact us providing us with your order number and a reason for return. Once this information has been received and acknowledged you must return the item within 28 days of your original order date, in the condition it was sold - unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging - with your order number and name. We will contact you as soon as the item has been received and your refund or credit note will be issued.

We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your protection. We cannot accept responsibility for postage fees or any returned items damaged, lost or stolen in transit.
